When you mail in your application, please include a self-addressed stamped POST CARD; we will stamp it with the date received and return it to you so you can know when we received your application.* We do not keep applications longer than six months so we ask that once you have sent in your application, you please send a letter every six months to indicate your continued interest and to update your information. It can take two years or more before you are contacted for an interview, as there are usually very few moves.

When you are offered a unit, the share purchase to become a member is $1,250 with an additional $10 for associate members. There is a move-in paint levy of 33% of your housing charge, which is collected when you move in. There is also a $50 deposit if you require a clicker for the underground parkade. There are currently no subsidies available. In order to qualify, your housing charge must be no more than 32.5% of your gross household income.

Current housing charges are as follows:

Unit type (# of units) / monthly housing charge / average size / min annual income
